Peels improve the skin's texture and appearance. Once applied, acids react with the upper layer of the epidermis, weakening the binding properties of the lipids that holds the dead skin cells together. This helps the outer skin to dissolve, revealing the underlying healthy skin. Recommended in a series for superior results, but always an excellent supplemental when performed individually between facials.
